WGES LLC (Well Grounded Education Services) runs wgesllc.com. This page says what the site keeps about you, why, and who else handles it. Questions go to greg@wgesllc.com.
If we bill you
We keep your name, your email address and, if you give it, your mailing address, with any notes about the work. We use them to send you invoices and reminders, and to keep our books. Each invoice records what was billed, when it is due, and when and how it was paid.
If you pay online
Online payments go through Stripe, on Stripe's own checkout page. We never see or keep your card number. We keep Stripe's reference for your payment, so your invoice shows as paid.
We send invoices and reminders through our email service, Resend. It receives your email address and the message so it can deliver it. What Resend keeps is set out in its own statement, linked here: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
The contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, your message and your email address come to us by email, so we can reply. The site itself keeps no copy. Before it sends, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is writing, using your IP address and browser details. A scrambled form of the address is kept ten minutes, to limit repeats. Signing in
Only the company's owner signs in. Signing in sets cookies that keep that session open.
What we do not do
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies. We do not sell or share your details for anyone's marketing.
Where it is kept
The site is hosted by Netlify, and its records are kept in a Supabase database. Like any web host, Netlify keeps standard logs of requests to the site. Netlify's own privacy statement: https://www.netlify.com/privacy/
How long we keep it
We keep a former client's details for about a year after their last invoice, in case you come back, and then remove them, except the invoices and payment records our books and taxes need.

Email greg@wgesllc.com to see, correct or remove what we keep about you. We remove it, except the invoices and payment records our books and taxes need.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
